- Analyze the applicant’s research field, academic achievements, and career goals.

2. Application Materials Preparation (1–2 weeks)
- Provide guidance on writing key documents, including academic CVs, cover letters, and recommendation letters.
- Optimize structure and expression to highlight scholarly contributions and teaching philosophy.
- Advise on selection and presentation of representative publications or works.
3. Interview Preparation (1–2 weeks)
- Conduct mock academic interviews and job talks, with detailed feedback and improvement suggestions.

Service Fees
- Charged as a comprehensive service package.
- A partial deposit is paid upon signing the service agreement; the remaining fee is due only after successful job placement.
- No additional fees are charged if the applicant does not receive an offer.
